ADVANCED ACCESS CONTROL with RCP, EVACUATION SUPPORT and GUEST VISITION

Sectoral client from the water industry, in addition to managing the passages in their own office buildings, reported the need to control the entrances to facilities with important infrastructure in the water production process, as well as in important technical rooms. In addition, it was required to combine several aspects of technical protection, such as perimeter protection, the violation of which should be registered in a specific place by appropriate cameras, but only if the person entering the plant premises did not have rights in the Access Control system. Of course, the key functionality was the control and registration of the working time of our client’s employees, in accordance with the law and regularly validated in this regard. The customer also reported problems with the possibility of buying cards in another company for many years. However, he did not have the card’s encryption key, which seemed to be the apparent security of the facilities.

As a result of months of implementation, the following was ensured:

• fully central and scalable Access Control System
• KD readers path, which means the system’s start and end of work, as well as the type of entry and exit (private / business) via a TFT display
• control of automatic barriers and passages depending on authorizations (proximity cards, long-range RF TAG stickers on the windows of authorized cars)
• visualization of objects and transitions along with the state of people in specific zones
• a meeting point was organized, where employees gather in the event of an evacuation, and the KD System actively supports the entire procedure
• a mobile application for security was also implemented at individual objects so that it was possible to pass and take over the object during the change and to mark specific events and situations; thanks to this, it is possible to determine in real time and centrally what the status of physical protection is, and above all to react to undesirable situations reported by people.
