IMPLEMENTATION OF CCTV MONITORING SYSTEM IN A MODERN COMMERCIAL GALLERY

The implementation of the monitoring system in a large modern shopping mall assumed both video analytics for the purposes of service improvement and quality improvement for consumers, as well as property security and protection of persons. An additional goal was to eliminate undesirable phenomena in the shop’s customer room as well as in the back room. Night deliveries, notifications and parking lots were also to be monitored. One of the most important assumptions was also the access of mobile intervention groups, which should, on a signal or periodically, visit individual places in the shopping center so as to prevent, frustrate and support individual tenants with the optimal number of qualified security staff.

As part of the implementation, a central monitoring system was used along with integration with the other elements of building automation. Together with the manufacturer of the reputable VMS (Video Management System) software, a special implementation of one of the popular versions has been prepared, but with much wider possibilities, maintaining the budget-to-functionality ratio.
